I feel so young these days. The mourning widow has shed her black cloak and has emerged a fresh, brightly colored, yet ever so delicate butterfly.
It’s cold here in LA county. I know, I know, I’ve become a prissy California woman once again, donning thick leather sheep lined boots (Ugg, haha) and hats when the temps dip below 60 degrees.
I’ve been deep in my art, re-branding, re-creating, re-igniting my love for sharing my crazy, colorful, creative world.
Can we all live barefoot in dresses amongst the crystals + rainbows? Turn our spaces into jungles full of unloved, potentially beautiful houseplants? How exhilarating it is when Rob says we can take the mustang to the beach in Malibu to photograph my jewelry + clothing. Never take for granted a man who supports your art or your need to adopt yet another house plant.
I have a confession, I adore silver hair, wrinkles that map out a life full of love + laughter, resilient people, eyes that sparkle, large noses full of character, dirty talk in bed, and the deep baritone voice that sings me love songs.
